The translation conception of binary conception has long since prevailed in the field of translation theory studies. To break this concept and to establish an ecology of pluralistic symbiosis will certainly benefit the construction of new translation theories. The translation and the cultural studies are twin sisters, but the cultural conception of binary opposition as represented by the ideology of cultural superiority and cultural imperialism has seriously hindered the cross cultural communication of the translated versions and cultural acceptability of them in the target language. Therefore, it is necessary to promote the translation conception of cultural symbiosis by culturally deconstructing the translation conception of binary opposition and this is the only thoroughfare that will lead to the elimination of the outdated translation concept.
