Empathy Questionnaire of Hotel Staff and the Relationship with Empathy and Service Performances

Lu Qin (School of Tourism Management,Beijing International Studies University,Beijing 100024,China)  
Foreign scholars maintained that empathy is one of the five key factors affecting performances.We designed a questionnaire about empathy of hotel staff by ourselves,positive study demonstrated that this study had good construct validity and homogeneity reliability,and finds of this positive study showed that the stronger of empathy capability the better of performances.
