The Application of Computer Graphics in the Blind Hole Detection

The main aim of passage is to find a mere effective and simple detecting method. The application of computer graphics and pattern recognition in the blind holes detection of the assemble line of the constant velocity joint of chive shaft in, is more effective and reliable than the traditional methods. It is through a process of auto levering the histogram of image taken by the CCD sensor controlled by the PC or PLC, black and white, pattern recognition.
