The study of analysis and countermeasures on the structure model of job satisfaction and organizational commitment in the field military doctors

The paper not only discusses the relationship of the field military doctors' job satisfaction,organizational commitment and resignation intention but also finds the crucial factors which affect the three aspects.Factor analysis is used to investigate the fitness of the three-component model of job satisfaction and organizational commitment in the field military doctor.With the results of the research,several reasonable suggestions and countermeasures were given to help leaders to make right decisions.
