Growth Units and Growth Habits of Crystals

In the paper, the relation of the crystal morphology with the crystallization orientation of the coordination polyhedra of anions in th coordinative type of crystals was studied based on the crystallization chemistry. The solution sturcture in the system of growing crystals of BBO and LBO was investigated, and the growth habits were explained from the model of the growth unit of anion coordination polyhedra.
