Measurement of Heat Transfer Coefficient of Coolant Flow during Vertical Spindle Surface Grinding

In the paper the mathematic model for measuring heattransfer coefficient in wheel-work contact aera during vertical spindlesurface grinding is improved on the basis of the research of Yasuo Fukui,and the heat transfer coefficients in wheel-work contact aera duringvertical spindle surface grinding are experimantally measured. Furthermore the effects of coolant flow and the fixing hight of the spraynozzleon the heat transfer coefficient are experimentally analysed.
