Technical Quality Effect of the Material Treatment for the Auto Engine-Cylinder Collaborative Manufacturing

Machining quality of the engine cylinder made of cast iron is studied based on the material crystal grain degree and material rigidity,which deeply affected by material treatment technique. As to the material machining property,material crystal grain degree and rigidity are the basic affect factors,and they also have intimate relation; For the machining quality evaluation,a function is defined which is a effective ration method for the collaborative manufacturing quality insurance.
