巡线机器人的爬行方案设计

It's necessary to inspect the power transmission lines periodically to maintain the power transmission system economically and effectively. It's difficult to get the desirable inspection accuracy by traditional manual inspection. There has thus been distinct need for a robot to take the place of the workers. The design of the climbing mechanism is the base of the development of the robot. This paper discusses several mechanisms that can climb along the pipelines, and develops a mechanism for the power transmission lines inspection robot considering the working conditions of the transmission lines.
