Psychological Headspring Analysis of the Differences between Tea-ching Conception and Teaching Behavior and Its Coping Strategies

Because of complexes of educational effects and teachers' individual psychology, the differences between teachers' teaching conception and their teaching behavior have existed in educational practice. And it represents in extremely and complexly way. The essay focuses on the analysis of the psychological preparation, psychological drive, psychological operation and psy- chological stressor that can lead to differences, and advances four coping strategies: strengthen training to teachers; optimize en- vironment's effect; deepen self-examination to teaching; embody feedback to teaching.
