WANG Yu-hua (Department of Urban and Environmental Science,Peking University,Beijing 100871, China)
In the new period of China, urbanization has entered a quick-developing stage. At the same time, it also brings many new problems. For Household Registering Institution and its attached uneven social and economic relations and job policy has made jobless been one of the serious questions in China's urban and rural economic and social development, it also hinders the improvement of people's living standards and the urbanization process. To solve the above problem, it requires the regulation of industrial policy, meanwhile eliminates the misunderstanding towards the labor-consuming industry, and cleans up the contradiction between the regulation of industrial structure, job policy and urbanization.
