A RESEARCH OF COUNTRY DEVELOPMENT BASED ON WATER RESOURCE PROTECTION IN HEIHE RESERVOIR BASIN

MA Jun-jie,YIN Huai-ting(Department of Environmental Science, Northwest University, Xi'an 710069,Shaanxi,China)  
Based on the factors of resource, environment, social and economic development, basin of Heihe reservoir was classified to five classifications with clustering analysis method. Then, the basin was divided to four subareas according to principles of area division. At last, the countermeasures of subareas development were put forward that could harmonize and water quality protection of Heihe reservoir with the countries development.
