The role of food safety in food consumption

Generally,food safety is one important factor that will influence food consumption,but price play the key role when consumer pursue the largest utility.So consumers usually worry about food safety by oral than behavior.Habit and life style will influence their selection.And in international trade too high standard is meaningless to consumers.What will really solve the question of food safety is that improving consumption level,optimizing eating habit,and taking a rational trade standard.
