The Empirical Research on the Relationship between Organizational Career Management and Knowledge Sharing——Organizational Commitment As A Mediator

Knowledge sharing is very important to Knowledge Intensive Organizations.However,empirical research has not explored the relationship between knowledge employee's career development management and knowledge sharing in China.This study want to explore the organizational career development management and it's consequences for knowledge sharing among Knowledge employees.A model was developed that tested the hypothesized consequences of the fulfillment of the organizational career development management(?)commitment and knowledge sharing.The analysis found organizational commitment play a critical role in mediating organizational career development manage- ment and knowledge sharing.The findings have important implications for Human Resource strategies in Knowledge Intensive Organizations.
