Credit Expanding,Asset Price Bubble Theory and Empirical Analysis in China

WEN Bin(Guangdong University of Business Studies,Guangzhou 510320,China)  
Asset price bubble come from credit expanding which its action mechanism is borrower risk transfer behavior.By empirical analyzing Chinese real estate industry.This paper discover that credit expanding lead to real estate price rising,existing Granger causality.So the merchant bank will face the liquidity risk and irrationality structure in the long run.
