New advance in 1341-4 nm Nd:YAP lasers

Shen Honhyuan, Zhou Yuping, Li Ganshen, Zeng Ruirong, Guo Xibin, Yu Guifang, Huang Chenghui, Zeng Zhengdong, Lin Wenxiong, Ye Qijin (Fujian Institute on Matter Structure, Academia Sinica, Fuzhou)  
New results of 1341.4 nm CW laser and pulsed laser have been reported in this paper. Using Nd:YAP rod of 8x138mm and 6.1xl00mm, at 195.8W CW radiation and 5.1J pulsed radiation at 1341.4nm have been obtained with efficiencies of 1.43% and 2.02% respectively.
