Study on treatment of micro-etching wastewater by DK2540 nanofiltration membrane

In order to reuse microetching wastewater from a printed circuit board factory in Shenzhen,copper powder was used to reduce the oxidative waste substances and an industrial high rejection nanofiltration membrane DK2540 was used to concentrate the copper ion and to recover the acid.The results showed that the highest removal efficiency was 89.37%under the condition of stirred rate 300r/min,feed ratio of n(Cu)∶n(Na2S2O8)1.2,reaction time 70min and the highest retention rate of copper ion was 90.22%,the lowest retention rate of H+was 34.32%,both under the condition of 4MPa,770L/h.The micro-etching wastewater that contented copper 1.55g/L could be concentrated to more than 20g/L and the volume was decreased by 95%.The experiment realized the resource utilization of micro-etching wastewater by membrane separation.
