Relationship among Job Burnout,Turnover Intention,Self-efficacy,Job Performance of Party and Governmental Cadres

Objective To explore the relationship between job burnout,turnover intention,self-efficacy,job performance of party and governmental cadres.Methods To investigate the party and governmental cadres by questionnaire of job burnout,turnover intention,self-efficacy,job performance,correlation,regression were used to compute data.Results The party and governmental cadres' job burnout positively correlated with turnover intention and negatively correlated with self-efficacy and job performance;Job burnout,self-efficacy,job performance can directly or indirectly influence turnover intention.Conclusion The party and governmental cadres' job burnout,turnover intention,self-efficacy,job performance have significant correlations.
