Investigation of Nurses,Occupational Stress and Subjective Well-being in Different Kinds of Hospitals.

Objective To investigate nurses,occupational stress and subjective well being(SWB) in different kinds of hospitals,exploring the relationship between them.Methods Using Chinese Nurses,Occupational Stress Scale and Campell Subjective Well Being Scale to collect data from 279 on-the-job nurses of 6 hospitals in Hangzhou.Results The Occupational Stress of on-job nurses in hospital is high and SWB is low,nurses in cival hospital is dramatically lower than in the 3rd level hospital and in community hospital in SWB and workload and time、environment and resources and the total score of Occupational Stress,the nusses in community hospital have highest the Occupational Stress on the nursing speciality and patient nursing(P0.01),the total score of Occupational Stress is negative correlation to SWB(P0.01).Conclusion Explore the the Occupational Stress and SWB of nurses in different kinds of hospital and relationship between them,provide reference to nursing administrator,promoting nurses to strengthen their resistting stress ability,relieve Occupational Stress and improve their SWB.
