Study on the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commiment of health care providers.

Objective To study the health care providers' job satisfaction,organizational commitment and their relationships.Methods Surveys on job satisfaction and organizational commiment were conducted in 150 health care providers in Shandong Province by job satisfaction and organizational commiment questionnaire.Results The level of the whole job satisfaction and organizational commitment were at a high moderate level.Correlation analysis indicated the correlation between job satisfaction and organizational commitment was positively significant;Regression analysis indicated the job relationship,the promotion,and the management satisfaction could significantly positively predict their organizational commitment,and the job environment satisfaction could significantly negatively predict their value commitment and effort commitment.Conclusion The correlation between job satisfaction and organizational commitment was correlation were significant.
