Parent-Adolescent Communication in Children Left-behind by Psychological Intervention

Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention on parent-adolescent communication in children left-behind.Methods A total of 156 students were investigated with Parent-Adolescent Communication Scale for pretesting,In which 40 children-behind students were carried out group sandplay intervention,whose the parent-adolescent communication questionnaire score was low and suitable for psychological intervention.Result Compare the score of left-behind children with non-left-behind children ①There was significant difference in father's parent-adolescent communication score(F=14.124,P0.001);②There was no significant difference in mother's parent-adolescent communication score(F=3.593,P0.05);③Children non-left-behind were significantly higher than children left-behind in parent-adolescent communication score(F=7.681,P0.01).④After group sandplay psychological intervention,there were significant improvement in parent-adolescent communication quality of 40 children left-behind,such as father's communication(F=15.390,P0.001),mother's communication(F=6.923,P0.01),and the total parents' communication(F=11.889,P0.001).Conclusion Parent-adolescent communication of children left-behind is poorer than that of children non-left-behind,and the psychological intervention has a certain effect in parent-adolescent communication of children left-behind.
