Quantitative Cytochemical Study of Si-Jun-Zi-Tang on Skeletal Muscle after Sports Fatigue

The effect of Si-Jun-Zi-Tang on Skeletal muscle Cytochemicals in mice after sports fatigue was studied by means of microspectrophotometry. The results showed the recovering function of Si Jun Zi Tang is significantly greater than that natural recovery's (PC0. 05 - 0. 01). It suggests that traditional Chinese druge——Si-Jun-Zi-Tang havegood recovering function and strengthening the physical fitness.
