Optimization of the Three Parameters in Micro hole Vibration Drilling Laminated Materials

Micro hole drilling test of laminates is developed with electronic controlled machine and the optimization of cutting parameters for various lamina of the material is carried out.New step three parameter vibration drilling technological results used for laminates is proposed.The test demonstrates that the deflation of the drill point r ,the error of the pore diameter Δ D ,the height of burrs H drilled by three parameter vibration drilling method are apparently reduced than that achieved by conventional drilling method.
