Development of ECU software and hardware-in-the-loop simulation for stability control of vehicle with electro-mechanical brake

A software of the vehicle stability control(VSC) system was developed based on the target ECU for the vehicle with the electro-magnetic brake(EMB).The functions of the software were analyzed,development frame and software flowchart were established.A program was compiled by means of the handwritten code of C programming language.A hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform was built based on XPC Target and CAN network.The matching performance of VSC ECU and EMB system and the control effectiveness of VSC system were verified by the hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform.
