The pot experiment was conducted to study on the pollution effect and the residual rules of lead in the loam paddy soil/rice system The results showed that the toxicity effect of lead on rice was not serious and decreased yield about 2%~17% when lead rates were 180~720?mg/kg The tissues of rice contents increased with the lead addition in the soil The accumulation order of lead was rootstem and leafgrain Lead residual amount of rice seed was less than the food hygiene standard, the critial concentration in the soil was 241?mg/kg (total) and 49 mg/kg (DTPA exrtacted)。
