Studies on Pollution Effect of Complex Elements of Copper, Ni, Ckel, Lead and Arsenic on Rice

Pot experiments were conducted to study pollution effects of the complex elements of copper, nickel, lead and arsenic on the growth of rice in loamy paddy soil. The results showed that arsenic is the most toxic of the four to rice. The four elements have a synergic effect on rice growth, which leads to the decrease of rice yield. Toxicity order of the four is as follows: AsCu Pb Ni. The accumulation of Cu in different parts of rice is root  stem ≈rice seed;after a growth period, the ability to transfer of the four elements is AsCuNiPb.
