Changes of Glycerine,Protein and Carbohydrate during Diapause and Breaking Diapause of Trichogramma dendrolimi

In this reseach,the effects of inducing diapause duration(15—30 d) at(11±1)℃ and breaking diapause duration(60—110 d) at(3±1)℃ on glycerine,protein and total carbohydrate of Trichogramma dendrolimi were examined.The results indicated that the content of glycerine and total carbohydrate increased with the extension of diapause rate,and reached the value of 54.55 μg/mg and 9.09 μg/mg respectively when Trichogramma dendrolimi were induced diapause for 30 days.However,the content of protein decreased with the extension of diapause rate,and reached 139.33 μg/mg at inducing diapause duration of 30 days.During breaking diapause,the content of glycerine decreased with diapause rate decreasing until it reached a minimal value of 59.77 μg/mg at the end of the period of breaking diapause.The content of total carbohydrate increased with the decline of the diapause rate until all individuals were terminated diapause at inducing breaking diapause.The protein content was maintained consistently at a level of 99.77—102.34 μg/mg during breaking diapause.The present study showed that there was different metabolism of glycerine,protein and carbohydrate in Trichogramma dendrolimi during inducing diapause and breaking diapause.
