Application of Elastic-Plastic Falling-Off Prevention Ball Steel Bearings in Seismic Design of Bridge

In the seismic design of concrete filled steel tubular(CFST) rigid tied arch bridge,high performances for bearing are required due to the features of large span and simply supported type.Taking a CFST rigid tied bridge as an example,we explore the isolation effect of the elastic-plastic falling prevention ball steel bearings,the results indicate that the bearing parameters can be chosen reasonably based on the response of the constant bearing under the E1 level and the shear reduces to 22.88%~35.54%,the bend reduces to 18.73%~32.14%.
