Construction and expression of eukaryotic expression vector bearing fusion gene of human nm23-H_1gene and EGFP gene

Objective:To construct and express a recombinant eukaryotic vector bearing fusion gene of human nm23-H_1gene and EGFP gene, and to explore tne mechanism of nm23-H_1 reversing the metastasis phenotype in lung cancer. Methods:pLXSN-nm23-H_ 1-EGFP is constructed by gene engineering and molecular clone technique .then the recombinant eukaryotic vector was transferred into PA317 cells by using Lipofectamine, and the virus of nm23-H_ 1-EGFP infected L9981 cells. Results:A retrovirus eukaryotic expression vector pLXSN-nm23-H_1-EGFP was successfully cells. Conclusion:The fusion protein of nm23-H_1-EGFP is stablely,continuously and high efficiently expressed in transfected L9981 cells.
