Microwave-assisted Extraction of the Active Ingredients in Chinese Flowering Quince

Qualitative research on leaves in Chinese flowering quince was done by TLC,and activated oleanolic acid was found.Base on above research,the process optimization of microwave extraction of oleanolic acid in Chinese flowering quince's leaves was conducted according to the orthogonal method.The results showed that the best process conditions were 80% ethanol,material-solution ratio 1∶16,extraction time 5 min,microwave power 400 W.
