Microsurgerical treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in basal nuclei zone by superior temporal sulucs

Objective To investigate the application of microsurgerical operation on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in basal nuclei zone by superior temporal sulucs. Method 50 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in basal nuclei zone treated with microsurgerical operation by superior temporal sulucs were analyzed retrospectively. Results Rehabilitation efficacy is satisfactory. Conclusion The microsurgerical operation by superior temporal sulucs on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in basal nuclei zone is more effective than the traditional craniotomy and microinvasive operation.
