The Effects of Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy and Nursing Intervention on the Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure with Acute Left Heart Failure Patients

Objective To research the impacts of comprehensive nursing intervention from vascular access to complication and the continuous renal replacement therapy on chronic renal failure with acute left heart failure patients. Method During the time of March 2012 to October 2012,30 chronic renal failure with acute left heart failure patients were selected and treated by continuous renal replacement therapy as well as a series of comprehensive nursing intervention. Recording and comparing the renal and cardiac function improvements of the patients. Results After a series of nursing and CCRT treatments,the BuN and the scr of the 30 patients were declined greatly and the LVEF of them also rised greatly. The Calcium,Sodium content in blood were also dropped. Conclusion The renal and cardiac function of chronic renal failure with acute left heart failure patients are improved greatly after continuous renal replacement therapy and comprehensive nursing intervention,it is worth to be used in clinical.
