Study on Anti-fatigue Biological Effect of Polysaccharide fromSelaginella Tamariscina

The anti-fatigue effect of polysaccharide from selaginella tamariscina was observed in the research.The Anti-fatigue function of selaginella tamariscina polysaccharide of low,middle and high dosage was studied and compared with that of control group.Results show that Selaginella tamariscina polysaccharide could obviously prolong the swimming time of loaded mice,decrease the blood urea nitrogen and blood lactic acid in mice after swimming.This indicates that Selaginella tamariscina polysaccharide has the anti-fatigue function.
