Awareness of University Teachers on the Training Courses

In the modern college education,awareness course curriculum development,implementation,and evaluation of recycled source and foundation of the quality of teaching and teaching reform and the fundamental guarantee for success and a prerequisite.Teacher training courses should be fully aware of the importance of awareness and the specific content of the course in establishing a scientific sense,a clear understanding of their own teaching practice in the main body of values,and actively stand up for teachers to assume responsibility and mission to create a new world of teaching.
