Analysis of learning emotion of students and cognitive regulation strategy

Emotional self-regulation refers to the individual to meet environmental requirements and the related emotional distress and cognitive aspects of emotion to make a conscious adjustment of behavior,has its significance for the individual's mental health,currently the unstability of college students’ emotion brings a range of learning problems,according to the theory of cognitive emotional regulation,cognitive emotion regulation strategies can have a positive role in promoting learning of students.
