On the learning motivation research of the English majors based on the “Yerkes-Dodson law”

English majors learning is different from non-English majors.English Majors' learning motivation is obviously stronger than the nonEnglish major students.Based on the"Yerkes-Dodson law",this paper makes analysis on the motivation factors and performance,hopes that the majority of the English teachers must pay more attention to in order to better guide the students to learn.
