Effect of Temperature on the Embryonic Development of Yellow Spotted Grunt,Plectorhinchus cinctus

This paper deal with the effect of temperature on the embryonic Development of Plectorhinchus cinctus.The fertilized eggs produced through Artificial breeding are incubate under ten different temperatures.Results Indicate that the optimal temperature for the embryonic development is ranging from 18℃ to 30℃,and the most optimal temperature is ranging from 21℃ to 27℃.There is a significant curvy correlation between water temperature T and incubation time H:H=0.0896T 2-6.1123T+118.86,while a significant Curvy correlation between water temperature T and the accumulative temperature S:S=0.0896T 3-6.1123T 2+118.86T.
