Studies on the Cysts of Red-tide Organisms in Dapeng Bay

Zheng Lei;Qi Yuzao ;Luo Yumin(Institute of Hydrobiology.Jinan University,510632,Guanzhou)
Based on the analysis of sediment samples collected in Dapeng Bay in 1992~1994,four toxiccyst species of red tide organisms were found. They are Alexandrium tamarense,Chattonellamarina, Gymnodinium catenatum,Pyrodinium bahamense.A prediction on the possibility ofbloom outbreaking of thase species in Dapeng Bay was made
