OVERVIEW OF MULTISENSOR INTEGRATION AND FUSION

Multisensor integration and fusion is an intensive research topic in the area of the intelligent machine and system, and it has a wide perspective in the aspect of application. In this paper, we introduce the concept and general frame of research of the multisensor integration and fusion. Some important problems and present available solutions are introduced in detail, and the intrinsic problems and the direction of the research in the future are discussed in depth.
