The Characters of Realty Economy and Its Influence to Finance

In the first half of this year, money supply abnormally increased, to which researchers and supervisors pay much attention on whether the economy overheating existed. In order to study this issue, it is important to study the characters of realty economy and its influence to finance. The author discusses these characters including the estate developer running into heavy debt, tendency to induce bubble economy, relatively low realization ability and long economic circles. Finally, the paper indicates that it is unreasonable to say "overheating of economy without overheating of realty economy .
