Studies on the Technology of ZrO_2/Y_2O_3 Ceramic Coating by High-Energy Pulse Plasma Continuous Scanning Electrodeposition

The ZrO 2/Y 2O 3 ceramic coating films on the surface of stainless alloy 1Cr18Ni9Ti were obtained by high energy pulse plasma continuous scanning electrodeposition.The alloy's high temperature oxidation resistance was improved obviously. Stisfactory properties of coating film were subject to optimal processing conditions which have been found by comparisaon and analysis of the coating film properties under different experimental processing conditions. Also the coating mechanism was disscussed.
