Method of Parametric Design and Lib-making Tool Based on Constraints

This paper presents a kind of research idea and realizing method of Lib-making tool of parametric graphicdesign based on constraints The driven-mechanism of construction constraints and size constraints, the linkingmovement of 2D views and the method for creating the sequence parametric graphic lib are discussed mainly. It has solvedcomplete parametric design of complex graph. This method is suitable to series product design, modify and imitatedesign, comparative design of more scheme, dynamic design, variable imitative design of movement mechanism. It canbe able to make graphic library in time of designing. With it the design flexibility and the design efficiency are improvedgreatly. This method provides an ideal tool for parametric Lib-making.
