Using Relation Database to Express Knowledge in Expert System

In an expert system,the conservative expression of knowledge is greatly limited,which brings about the low efficiency in reusing knowledge and causes failure in expressing the relation between knowledge.Therefore,two points of view are discussed in this paper.The first is the storage of knowledge into database on the basis of features of the re-lation database.The next is how to use SQL for the forward and backward reasoning of database with the reference of reasoning mechanism.It significantly improves the efficiency of reasoning,reduces the cost of knowledge acquisition and makes the expert system flexible.
