Determination of product change range is the basis of the change analysis and management. Taking the aerospace satellite as example, a method of product change range extraction of satellite based on model-driven is proposed. The product change conflict model is constructed, and the product change can be described in standardization and formalization. Several types of product change conflicts are analyzed and the reasons causing change conflicts are discussed. An algorithm of product change range extraction is proposed, and the product change range can be determined in different stages in lifecycle, which is the basis of the subsequent modification scheme generation and evaluation. Taking some a satellite as example, the feasibility and effectiveness of this method is verified.
