Strategies of Promoting the Core Competence of Colleges and Universities Based on Knowledge Management

To promote the core competence has become an important strategical decision in the process of the developing colleges and universities.The essential characteristic of the core competence in colleges and universities is possessing knowledge,and knowledge management has met the demands of the development of knowledge economy and adapted to the demands of the knowledge-intensive system to promote the core competence.Therefore,to strengthen knowledge management has become a useful way of promoting the core competence in colleges and universities.
