RESEARCHING THE METHOD OF DRAWING PARTICLE'S POSITION INFORMATION FROM INDISTINCT MOVEMENT IMAGE OF SUBMICRON BROWNIAN PARTICLES

Directed to the system,the drawing method of particle's position information at t time from indistinct movement image (by computer enhancing)of submicron Brownian particles is discussed in detail.This paper contains:1.Aera growing method to get the center position information of gray at t time from indistinct particle's image,2. External tangent tectangle method to pick up the center position information of gray at t time.Meanwhile,the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods are described clearly, and the correctness of processing results is proved through experiments of combining to two methods.
