Research on the Real-time Battlefield Command System Based on Virtual Reality Technology

The mode commanding with different kinds of maps would not provide enough information for modern wars.The continual change of modern war's mode demands a rapidly real-time-updated system of command and control,which integrates geometry visualizing,information circulating and latest war situation.The article introduces a rapid modeling and driving way for Real-time Battlefield Command System based on GIS and VR technology.In this way,a simulation frame of Real-time Battlefield Command System is provided.It can meet such demands of commanding and controlling as information leading,fast maneuver,air-ground integration,and accurate strike for local war under high technical condition.
