Investigation of the Roasting-cyanidation-leaching Technology for an Arsenic-containing Gold Concentrate

Chemical phase analysis method was used in the quantitive study of the arsenic-containing gold concentrate,the chemical phase of the gold in roasted product and the variation of gold content.The roasting and the cyanidation-leaching processes of this concentrate, the effect of the roasting temperature and retention time on the dearsenication and desulphuration rates and the effect of the leaching time,the densities of sodium cyanide and calcium oxide and the liquid-solid ratio on the gold leach rate of the roasted product were studied.Under the optimum leaching conditions,the gold leach rate could be over 82%.
