Study on Bacteria Permeating Leaching of Uranium Ore and Domesticated Incubation

A comparative test was made on mixed samples of three mining points of No.721 Mine with different particle sizes between permeating leaching with biooxidation and one with potassium chlorate as the oxidizer. The results show that the biooxidation leaching has a metal leaching rate 11-16 percent points higher than that of the latter process. The smaller the particle size of ore, the higher the metal leaching rate is. Great advance has been made in the domesticad incubation of bacteria in the fluorin and acid resistance.
