Solidification of Soil with Industrial Solid Wastes

Taking the soil of a Beijing highway as samples, the solidification tests of Beijing soil with such industrial soil wastes as slag, fly ash and desulfurized gypsum etc.were carried out, and the solidification mechanism of solidified soil was discussed. The influence order of the industrial solid wastes to the compressive strength is investigated by the orthogonal design, showing like lime, fly ash, slag, desulfurized gypsum size down.The compressive strength of solidified soil reached 6.26 MPa when the additive proportion of slag, fly ash, desulfurized gypsum and lime (with the soil samples) was 3.6%, 0.3%, 0.6% and 1.5%.
