Research of Mining Engineering Volume Calculation Method based on DTM for Surface Mine

By analyzing and researching the traditional calculation method,a new calculation method of mining engineering volume and its 3D visualization were proposed.Based on ObjectARX software and AutoCAD2008,This 3D visualization method was realized by using VC++ program,and applied in calculation of mining engineering volume of Donggou Molybdenum Mine in Henan.The practice showed that the DTM method has a feature of high accuracy,rapid speed and direct viewing,comparing with the traditional method.
